Most of us wake up comfortably without the sounds of sirens or the fear of losing dear ones every moment.
That's because our generation hasn't witnessed #Wars.
Most of us didn't witness our fathers, brothers joining troops to fight for the nation, or our homes being blasted.
As a species, today we can't afford to complain about what milk goes in our Starbucks when a nation is being attacked.
We are humans first; nations, black, white, men, women next.
If we were to compress our universe's timeline into a single year, then the Big Bang took place on Jan 1st at 12 a.m., and the present moment is "12 p.m. December 31st".
We are just a blip !
Let's make that blip count with a more compassionate and a kind place to live.❤️
